Sweater Scarves

Since we have delivered a good number of these scarves already, I am posting pictures of them. The middle two girls, L and M made these from sweater sleeves for their girlfriend's Christmas presents. We used acrylic or cotton sweaters-the softer and fuzzier, the better! We added fun buttons and a ribbon loop to each one to hook them closed when wearing. We simply cut around the armholes, turned each sleeve inside out, pinned the sleeve armhole openings right side to right side and sewed around the arm hole. We sewed each seam twice, or you could seam once and then zig zag the edges the second time. Turn right side out. Scarf!
