Grown up

Our bedroom set finally came. It was backordered for 2 months. We have grown-up furniture in our bedroom now. No more $15 bookshelf headboards, although I miss all the storage.

Summer Squash

We had some summer squash with our hamburgers the other day. M. and W. had fun slicing and cooking them, and then W. discoverd she liked to eat them! Fried in butter and browned a little. Yum!!!!

Baby Giraffe and Family

We visited the zoo today to celebrate the beginning of the school year. (This was actually our third day of school). We picked up Miss O. Cousin and went to the zoo. She wanted to see the giraffe, and we all were delighted by the baby and mommy and daddy giraffes. Daughter L. and I spent the day passing the camera back and forth for shots.
