Corn Picking

A local friend, Ardell J. sent me this clipping she had found in an uncle's home when they cleaned it out. In the 1960's my dad was the National Corn Picking champion--twice. He is a real machinery guy and loves to tinker and fix. He had a two (?)/four row picker (?) I am sketchy now on the details, but this was a fun thing to see again. That's me and my older brother with a local radio personality, Ray L.

To give an idea, the tractor mounted picker was something along these lines, although this is the wrong brand. My dad was Ford man then.
