Flower Shop

Recently our kitchen turned into a flower shop to put together flowers for Friends Teresa and Larry's daughter's wedding.
Bride Susan had  rustic boxes for the tables She had seen a picture of runuculus in similar ones that she liked. We got the same look with spray roses. The were just cut to length and fitted into the water. Simple and beautiful. (We ordered the flowers on-line. I am a former florist.)

We ordered cushion mums and alstromeria for the bride and bridesmaids bouquets, so we used them for some of the table arrangements too.
 Bridal party bouquets.

We had ordered large white roses and calla lilies, and had LOTS of extras. The wedding planner had some clear square and narrow rectangle vases and suggested these dramatic and simple designs. They worked great for church and larger table decorations.

I made several of these tall vase arrangements to use up the roses.
Friend Ana made the beautiful cake. Love makes delicious things taste even better.
