My friend Ana delived one of her famous flans to me this week. I took her son Gus's senior pictures and she promised me a flan. You can't beat it! Devoured in less than 12 hours. The second picture is of my friend Janel and I at the park when Ana delivered the flan to me. Janel was trying to claim it for herself!
Only now I realize that you didn't unmold it! Sin of sins! I should have explained it to you how to do it... guess I will have to make you another one.
ReplyDeleteOK! It tasted great either way! I never even thought of it. I even served it as dessert to visiting friends that night. Very fancy-authentic Brazilian flan!
