Mandarin oranges-one of our favorite things. When I was pregnant with one of the kids (number 5?) I could not eat oranges or drink orange juice (morning sickness). I worried that I should have more vitamin C, so I began buying canned mandarins. They did not create the burpy reaction. We have continued to keep cans of them in our pantry. They make an easy, delicious fruit choice to round out a meal. No waste, always ready. My idea of convenience food.
