Piles of Shoes

Over the last 20 years of homeschooling, I have seen many variations on this photo theme. This rather modest collection of shed shoes were marking our final Friday Play Day for the summer. Actually, this is a rather pitiful showing compared to some of the piles of shoes I have experienced over the years, but I thought they were kind of fun to look at. And the nice thing is, they all got picked up when everyone went home. (Unlike the shoes regularly dropped in our back porch!)
