This is a favorite dip that my sister-in-law makes. Very easy, delicious and popular.
Dena's Dip
1 15 oz can Hormel Chili with beans
1 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies-well drained (we use mild)
1 block cream cheese or Neufantchel cheese (lower cal)-room temp.
2 c. shredded cheese-we use Colby Jack or Mild Cheddar
Smooth the cream cheese in a thin layer on a plate. Layer Ro-Tel tomatoes and chilies evenly on top, followed by the Hormel Chili. Top with the cheese. Heat in microwave until cheese melts. 3-6 min. Serve with corn chips.
