Dancing in the Rain

Tonight Emma watched a program of "Illusionists" on t.v. I gazed at her in amazement as she loudly gasped and giggled at every "trick"...a white dove appearing or disappearing, a red scarf turning green...I thought how great it is to be a child with a childlike appreciation of simple things. As we age we lose a lot of that joy. How fun it would be to be thrilled by a dance in the rain or cursive in a white tree.
